Geraldine's kittens

It has taken a long time to discover the Right Names for this litter of kittens, but as ever, we believe that there is no such thing as coincidence, and one of our Tonkworld friends came up with the general idea of Medieval Music ... without realising how extremely apt this was!

After watching and feeling out the little kittens, we have given them these Pedigree names, and trust that Julia Craig-McFeely and dear Teddy will allow us latitude with "medieval music". Maybe it is worth saying that one suggestion for a kitten name was "Sackbut", which sent us hastily hunting for less - er - noisy associations !!

The little boy is to be Nocturne - as he is generally placid and learns vicariously - has the most gorgeous eyes at the moment! Have no doubts, he can hold his own in a wrestling match and has no illusions about "girls"!
Serenata - the littlest mink coat girl, who is full of fight and fun and has a huge rattling purr. She knows her own mind and has large, soulful eyes.

The two pointed girls:
Cavatina, the lightest girl - she's always very laid back and can be extremely vocal! She plays hard and loves to race and chase with her slightly darker sister, Cantilena. She is determined and very, very cuddly, has a variable singing purr and these two pointed girls are always trying to be first up onto shoulder to nibble my ears or try to groom my hair!!
